By engaging with Studio Demari you agree to these Terms

1. Our Services

We provide interior and joinery design services, including but not limited to:

  • Concept development

  • Detailed drawings and 3D renders

  • Project coordination with trusted trades and suppliers

All services are tailored to each client and subject to a written proposal or agreement.

2. Quotes & Proposals

  • Quotes and fee proposals are prepared based on the information provided by the client.

  • Changes to the scope of work may result in additional fees.

  • Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Payments

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

  • Late payments may delay delivery of services or incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and related materials remain the property of Demari Studio until full payment is received.

  • You may not reproduce, share, or use our designs for construction or any other purpose without written approval.

  • Upon full payment, you are granted a licence to use the final designs for your project only.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback to allow us to deliver services effectively.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to engage qualified trades for installation or construction unless otherwise agreed.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party trades, suppliers, or unforeseen site conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take care to ensure accuracy, our designs are provided as guidance for trades and suppliers.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs.

  • Clients should ensure all works comply with local building codes and regulations.

7. Website Use

  • The content on our website (including images, text, and graphics) is owned by Studio Demari and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
